I believe design should be rooted in objective evidence, not just intuition. By analyzing data to identify where users drop off or hesitate, I formulate hypotheses and strategically improve the UI to drive meaningful metric changes. Through data-driven decision-making, I translate business insights into solid visual experiences.
Design is a solution built together with the entire organization. Having worked across more than three startups, I have honed strong communication skills through close collaboration with developers and product managers. This allows me to deliver optimal UX/UI solutions even under tight constraints. I believe that deeply understanding shared goals and solving problems as a team is just as important as visual perfection.
As the sole designer at a startup, I led the entire process from planning to execution, driving tangible growth in key metrics. By redesigning the user navigation flow on the main page, I increased the consultation conversion rate to 9.7%. Additionally, by restructuring the information architecture of the map page, I boosted monthly consultations by 3.5 times in just one month. I prove with data how logical UI design directly leads to business growth.
